Vitamin E is indispensable for cell metabolism. It is required for muscle metabolism by the organism and can thus prevent cell damage in connection with selenium. Vitamin E and selenium also play a not inconsiderable role in fertility.
Vitamin E is only available 5 % of the normal requirement in winter via usual rations of hay and oats. At least 2000 mg should be administered per animal and day. Vitamin E-Selen specifically secures the horse's needs-based care with vitamin E and selenium.
Feeding note: Large horses (600 kg) 30 ml daily small horses/ponies 15 ml daily feeding duration for 2 - 4 weeks cool, dark and dry before use! Feeding note: This feed may only be fed up to 5 % of the daily ration due to the higher levels of additives.
